At Zero55 every project starts from the analysis of space and the behaviour of light.
Our approach is solution-oriented: we study the architectural context, develop dedicated optical systems — such as Drywall technology — and define lighting configurations designed to integrate precisely with architecture.

Project analysis
Each project begins with the analysis of the architectural space and design requirements.
We study geometry, materials, reflectance and construction constraints to understand how light will behave in the real environment.
Solution development
Based on the analysis we develop lighting systems and dedicated optics, using ray-tracing simulations and 3D modelling to verify light distribution.

Verification and mock-up
Light never behaves exactly as simulations predict.
For this reason we develop mock-ups and full-scale tests to verify the result directly within the architectural space.
Production

We support designers and installers during installation to ensure that the light performs exactly as designed.
